Key Responsibilities

General Checklist Testing:

  • Characters, Classes, Abilities, and Items
  • Core Game Features and Mechanics
  • Quest Lines and Playthrough
  • Game Assets, NPCs, Maps, Dungeons and Raids
  • User Interface / Experience Testing

Network, Software, and Hardware Performance Testing:

  • Smoke Testing
  • Regression Testing
  • Stress Testing
  • Retail Readiness Testing

Requirements

Our QA Leads are expected to:

  • Have a passion for online video games
  • Have experience in IT enabled operations
  • Have Managed a team of QA Testers
  • Have worked or are willing to work in Ortigas Center - Work different schedules depending on need

Technical Requirements:

  • Create and modify Test Plans
  • Create, modify, document procedures
  • Produce operations and administrative reports
  • Anticipate operations issues and create solutions

Administrative Requirements:

  • Interface directly with Clients via messages, emails, voice or video conference
  • Interview and assess applicants
  • Train newly hired testers
  • Conduct coaching, counseling, and performance reviews
  • Create and implement standards for team compliance
