  1. Commitment to Industry Development

    We’re continually expanding in size and our services portfolio to provide better support to all of our partners. We’ve also launched an incubator, MEE Games, and the Philippines’ first international external development, player support, and indie-focused industry event, GameDev Summit.

    We consolidated our operations into one site with more than 1,500 square meters of space and a capacity of 700+ people.

  3. Growth & Stability

    Now working with multiple major partners, we grew to 300+ people and managed 3 separate operations sites.

  4. The First Milestone

    Our first significant partner helped us grow to 100+ people, and we began our advocacy with the Philippine Video Game Industry.

  5. Our Humble Beginning

    We established our first office with just 20 people determined to provide better Live Operations support.

GameOps Inc. is a Solutions Provider that specializes in full Live Operations Services for Global Online Video Game Publishers and Developers.
We were established in 2010 by veterans of the Philippines Video Game Publishing Industry, with the goal of using our live operations experience to provide a higher value and more encompassing type of support.
Our support philosophy is holistic and we believe in being able to address every task, role, and need of operating an online game. Not just certain aspects of it.

Our experience and system of mirroring expertise and organization allows us to collaboratively, intelligently, and creatively work with our partners, and enables us to address their evolving needs through an ever-growing scope of live operations support.
Favorably recognized by our many partners-turned-friends over the years along with our desire to be part of and contribute to the industry has also caused us to reach beyond our own organization and into public work with the Philippine government and our local private sector at-large.
In 2013, our efforts pioneered our government's "GameDev Philippines" country initiative, and GameOps remains at the forefront of creating more opportunities for local and foreign game companies to benefit from the unique advantages the Philippines can offer to the global video game industry.

A strong infrastructure in place

GameOps Inc. operates 3 office sites that are all located in PEZA (Philippines Economic Zone Authority) registered IT buildings, ensuring the best quality in physical and network infrastructure to support IT operations.
Every site is within less than a kilometer from each other, and are all located in one of the most established business districts of Metro Manila, the Ortigas Center Business District.
